I am trying to implement something similar (teaching JJ to young men)in my local area without much luck so far. Look into the Gracie garage program (free) and DON'T allow masks anywhere near your shit. My best advice as far as mentoring is paying as much attention to the mentored individual's personality as you can...talk less than you think you should and plant seeds. If you aren't Christian think about looking into it; the lessons in the bible are numerous and I wish I would have had them as a young man.
