Ukraine gave up all its nukes long ago and after Chernobyl people won't support the idea.
Hungary isn't planing on getting nukes in the forseable future. The EU won't let them do it either.
Things will be different in 20-30 years though, because by then the UK and France will be run by Muslims and they will go after eastern Europe and America.
