SHTF. I would like boots that could: stay warm during winter months in the north + water proof + ice resistant + leather is an absolute must.

is suggesting Hiking Boots which seems better.

I always buy Justins but make sure you buy made in USA. The chinese made are junk. I will say the made in bangladesh i bought recently (im sparing the details) actually arent bad.
