Easy enough request. I'm not versed in good leather boots but need a pair.

Situation:

SHTF. I would like boots that could: stay warm during winter months in the north + water proof + ice resistant + leather is an absolute must.

is suggesting Hiking Boots which seems better.

Was a cable guy for two years, wool socks and high end Redwing shoes are what you're looking for. Great customer service, they'll help you find what you're looking for.
