Just got off the phone with my brother. He lives in Central Illinois. He woke up to no Internet. Call his provider and they said the entire state is out & they weren't sure why.

Not really Random internet services go out from time to time Completley common occurrence...

Live near Chicago. Internet has been a little sketchy this morning but is up.

Also Central Illinois. Mediacom on since at least 8:15am. However, it did go out just after 11pm Sat night. Back the next morning.

I live in STL and my sister live across the river in Edwardsville IL and there is no outage for her.

Blame global warming , co2 and trees.

Global warming and co2 makes trees grow too fast, they grow over utility poles. Harsh winter (ya know, global warming) makes ice and ice clings to trees which fall on his line .
