Watched a vid by a former financial forecaster how governments printing pandemic money coupled with the 1% increasing their wealth is going to have two main impacts.

Based on similar historical events currency will devalue while property and stocks will have a boom period. The guy was convinced that owning your own home is gonna end for new buyers.

Question is, what would you move cash into? And can you recommend any trading platforms?

Or would you just lend to go buy to let, what with the extra leverage?

Census year Population Growth rate

  • 1990 248,709,873 9.78%
  • 2000 281,421,906 13.15%
  • 2010 308,745,538 9.71%
  • 2020 332,639,000 7.74%

FFS, understand that statistics are easily available. The only reason that growth rates are as low as they are , isn't because of resources, but because of the financial limitations of the mass.
