Watched a vid by a former financial forecaster how governments printing pandemic money coupled with the 1% increasing their wealth is going to have two main impacts. Based on similar historical events currency will devalue while property and stocks will have a boom period. The guy was convinced that owning your own home is gonna end for new buyers.
