What if there’s, say, twenty of them or so, total, and the rest of them are just bots programmed to say “Trust the Plan” etc ?

A Qtard bot would be extremely easy to code by today’s standards, since there’s not much to it.

Maybe we’ve been misled about their actual numbers?

I don't know, but if half of the US were Q types and the other half were Poalr/Goat types, we would have a lot less problems.
