Well certainly some of them. Their IQ's cluster around the mean so they're less likely to be very stupid or very intelligent. But in general I'd say no, they just have a different way of thinking to us.

That's clearly not true. Do they experience emotions differently to us? Yes. They compliment us. Stupid women make stupid babies. Make babies with an intelligent woman and you almost certainly have intelligent babies.
