Slaughter who? The beast? The beast, in the context of the "mark of the beast" is the roman catholic church. They have 1.3 BILLION members. We as mere humans cant exactly "slaughter" the roman harlot.
We can die trying. Would you consider each member apart of the beast though? Or just caught up in it? I think there is more of a leadership aspect to it.
The leadership isnt human. We could remove every human (good luck with 1.3 billion scattered globally) but the entities running it would remain. Her schemes would carry on.
Our only choice is to ride it out.
