Well Here is a bit of RESET that the YMCA, nor health care wants you to know.

HOW does the body make FAT? Are you believing it is because of lack of exercise? That is a lie friend.

The body makes fat by shoving glucose from your bloodstream into the fat cells and the liver. The process is insulin. That's all there is to making fat.

Glucose is carbohydrates.. Carbohydrates are grains, fruit, vegetables... When you eat any carbohydrates your bloodstream will fill up with glucose.. Then your pancreas will activate the insulin to bring your blood sugar levels down. But where does the insulin shove the glucose? INTO the Liver and then the Fat cells.

So your fat is simply stored up glucose. Now if you decrease your eating of carbohydrates, your body will begin to use that stored up energy that is sitting in your fat cells and liver... And your body fat will start to decline.

Eating meat and fats NEVER spike your blood sugar and will not be stored as fat (resolve the lies your doctors are telling you on that) For more info look into KETO.

The YMCA depends on you not knowing how FAT is made or lost. They Need $$$ you to believe you need to exercise and give them your time and $$$ and children so you can waste it on their organization in failed attempts to lose weight.
You will never lose weight until you curb the carbohydrate eating. YES losing Fat is that easy!

I lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks... from 210 to 180... I ate basically poke Howell veggies and chocolate milk lots of water.. ran mon/ wed/ fruit and lifted same days working out helps for sure... one meal a day but snacked as well just not crazy amounts...

intermittent fasting (OMAD) promotes autophagy and causes you to burn up all the glucose available in your system so you can then burn fat...

Good for you. However, exercise is not needed to lose fat. exercise is good for toning etc. Glucose is the source of food that makes fat. ALL carbohydrates are glucose.
