I'm hoping for this post to be a super thread that can be referenced by everyone here on Poal. What can we do to prepare for a hyper inflation and or an economic crash?

Aside from supply stock up, maybe we should put SOME of our money into various cryptocurrencies? Ark Investing has a great article on crypto currency: https://ark-invest.com/articles/analyst-research/bitcoin-myths/

Any other ideas on how to prepare financially and other, please feel free to comment.

Get things that make things. Barter always works despite being a hassle.

Can you afford grains with your clam shells or bottle caps? Great make it booze and your SHTF rich.

Stills, Lathes, Wood Gassifiers, Manual water pumps, Live stock, Batteries, Tools.

Thats what I'm doing. Also make sure your house can look like shit and never let people know you make stuff, just you have it to trade.

Pen and paper. Manuals.
