If you don't consume the supernormal stimuli that pornography provides, you will perform "semen retention" naturally and without noticing. Pornography is the whole reason the concept of semen retention exists.
I think porn is one of the toughest redpills. It takes advantage of our biology and becomes ingrained subconsciously for people. They start to believe two falsehoods: 1) that they enjoy it, 2) that it is not hurting them. Belief in these falsehoods is the result of lifelong propaganda.

Interesting, I thought it was a concept much older than even photography. And yes, I was talking about real sex but still, perhaps not with a normal woman, if I'd let her she suck my soul off 5-6 times per day.
More talking about internet porn, i.e. the most beautiful women on Earth, made more beautiful by makeup/production, doing whatever you need, available 24/7 for free. All porn counts, but certainly internet porn light years past even the VHS rentals of the 80s.
