I have thousands of bookmarks in firefox without problem. Maybe it's a bug in palemoon. I would recommend switching anyways. Palemoon cant really keep up in terms of performance and security compared to Chromium, Firefox, Opera etc.

Firefox is pozzed, true, but in fact they still have some privacy and security features built in, which I like.
Besides, only because a project is small doesn't mean it's not kiked. Do the Palemoon developers explicitly state their political stance?
Firefox's overall marketshare (desktop+mobile) is only 4% worldwide. Palemoon uses Firefox's codebase, but their fork is obviously not even able to handle a few hundred bookmarks without performance issues. Just switch to Opera, Brave or whatever.

I don't know for a fact at all that it's browsers. I'm just trying to pre-empt the problem. Yes my OP made the claim because I'm looking for a solution for that issue so instead of explaining it like this, I just made it be.
