Does that indicate there is no bottom of the page to reach by scrolling down or that the feed constantly scrolls as new posts are made with no action from the user? Or something else entirely?

Not sure if I should turn it off, but the speed with which the page changes when I am trying to read through it is beginning to annoy me during busy times. I end up clicking on the wrong posts constantly because they move.

As you scroll down the page of topics, you will eventually reach a 'bottom' point. The Poal script will automatically add content below the last one that WAS on your screen.

If you say NO to infinite scroll, you will get arrows to go to next/previous page instead.

New content is always added at the TOP of the page (in the NEW view)

How do you turn that feature off?

On the sidebar, click on your name, then the 'gear' (settings). One of the options is infinite scroll.

new content getting added to the top is included in the infinite scroll setting or am I misunderstanding?

Yes, you are correct. The feed constantly scrolls

when you get to the bottom it just loads more stuff. you never click over to the "next" page
