It gets irritating hearing a bunch of hopeless ingrates bitching about your entire generation all the time. That being said, there are some legitimate criticisms which deserve to be leveled at the Boomer generation. More than anything, in my opinion, it stems from the *statistical* observation that so many Boomers are visibly more concerned with having a good time, than leaving a good legacy. Obviously, *not all Boomers*. Until about this year, there was this starry-eyed idealism prevalent in the Boomer mindset that Millennials are just lazy, entitled leeches, who have only themselves to blame for their inability to afford a house, or their insane student loan debt. This last year, I think a lot of that nonsense in either direction has cleared up. It’s pretty obvious to everyone who isn’t a complete moron that we’ve been massively (((scammed))) for decades. If I thought it’d do any good, I’d tell people to can the generational in-fighting. But who’s going to listen ? The grievances are legitimate in most cases.
