The main problem with genocide is that you basically throw out the baby with the bathwater....it's the Mỹ Lai approach. I cannot say that there are no possible situations where a 'Final Solution' is not (in the end) a required and necessary outcome, but it should also be the last-ditch effort...the final possible choice, when no other viable option remains. Very little good has come from it in the past, and the chance it will result in making the situation much worse should be self-evident.
