Here's a simple resolution for you. Commit to going on a 15 minute walk every single day no matter what. Seems small but it will have huge positive implications on your life.
A 15 minute walk is nothing. Really. Its a simple human function.
So are you saying you exercise every single day? I'm not talking about doing physical work I'm saying and actual dedicated exercise, do you work out?
Yesterday i hiked 7.5 miles in steep terrain and deep snow. Normal day off work. Today im driving out of state and back so no i wont be getting shit for exercise today as it will be dark by the time im home. A 15 minute walk doesnt even register as exercise. I worl less than 180 days per year. The remainder a typical day is me being out in the mountains hiking around from sun up to sun down.
