my dog got sprayed by a skunk tonight. so yeah... dog shower and stupid stuff.
Sounds awful. What are you using to rid him of the smell?
First, tomato sauce (the combination really freakin stinks but covers it), then baking soda, then vinegar then regular dish soap. Rinse between each. it's nasty but kills the smell, plus the dog rolls in the yard and stays out of the house for a day because he's pissed...
I bet he thinks he's fine smelling like a skunk. That's pretty funny and yet a horrible thing to deal with. Maybe you got the worst of the year out of the way :)
Start trapping skunks. They love cat food.
Don't say poision them. Everyone will chimp out.
Theyre there anyway. Youd just be attracting them to a place they can be easily duspatched without your dog getting squirted
My dog killed a skunk the last time she got sprayed... Pretty legit move. She got the ham bone for that move.
