There is an element of truth to it and is worth discussing beyond the lazy "this news org is kiked" arguments, it's definitely not spam.

If the algorithm doesn't attempt to guess if downvotes are legitimate before mods take action then most posts will get the voat treatment.

I only accuse the most annoying faggots, the ones that should truly just blow their brains out. I personally didn't give a shit about downvotes, it isn't a popularity contest and was never enough to silence me. Not sure why you're confusing voat's issues with me.
