I would buy the continent of Africa, kick everyone out and put it somewhere on the now empty continent, with enough supplies to support a billion people for five centuries. Then I would bring in all the whites, build an unbreakable wall around the continent, and rule as a benevolent king. Once civilization was established , I would set up a representative republic, where you earn your right to vote through service and positive financial contribution, but freedom is hard coded into law. Once this new golden age kicked off, I would finance our spread to the stars and let our children turn reconquering the earth into a video game with remote controlled robots. Once the first galactic republic was established, we make sure there were no space niggers and see if dimensional travel is all it’s cracked up to be. Or was there some sort of budget I had to work with?
