I've heard rhat your body is your temple. Well mine's currently the Temple of Doom.
Get on it bro. The sooner the better. Start small at first if you don’t have support. Committing to small changes is easier. Then slowly build up and improve.
You are one of the lucky few that escaped the programming, don’t waste it. Build yourself into the best you can be. We’ll need all the fighting men and survivors we can get in the not too distant future.
I don't think I'm out of the woods yet. I haven't been out of high school very long, and I still tend to be a bit normie.
Three things I have going for me: 1) I wander onto sites like this 2) My family's pretty aware of the situation 3) I'm defiant by nature
- Exercise -gym is essential
- Diet - don’t eat shit, cut your sugar and carbs massively.
- Learn/improve something, anything
- Stay close to your family
- Get outside and get some sun and immerse yourself in nature.
Your depression will improve dramatically. Good luck bro.
