IMO the reason so many are so vulnerable to the programming is because they have an unchecked inferiority complex.

That is how we are so easily painted as supremacists; because we are not similarly afflicted. The programmers assure their would be victims that they need not change (grow).

How can we help them instill self-worth (without appearing pedantic or domineering) so they develop the confidence or at least calmness to critically judge the programming for themselves?

Obviously if they are too lost or worse actual commies then to hell with them.

I agree. Another way is a challenging job , with physical labor. The kind where every day for like 3- 6 months you swear you're gunna walk , but you stick it out , and eventually you become proficient at it , and even enjoy it
