You're welcome. It makes you feel better and gets the oxygen pumping to help better clarity of thought.

Some things I do:

  • practice piano
  • tai chi
  • pushups situps pullups squats
  • meditate
  • go run around in the snow
  • pipe an article through TTS

When I take a "break" it's a break from screens and sitting, ideally.

Learn to paint, learn a new language, write poetry/thoughts in a journal, drive to a nearby nature park/nature reserve and stroll through it for an hour or two to clear your mind, meditate, yoga, stretch, jog, walk around the block, etc
