Well, this is America, where we have at least some freedom of expression. As such, if said tranny wasn’t directly harming anybody, I guess I’d shake my head, feel bad for the rampant idiocy and degenerate mental illness overtaking much of our beautiful country, and then go on my way.
See, we may not like what some people want to look like or do, but those people do have the guaranteed rights and freedoms to do ... whatever they do - assuming of course they’re not harming others or impinging others’ freedoms. And if we want to enjoy the same rights and freedoms, we have to respect the same.

I completely understand your sentiment. And to some degree, I agree.
But I fear such thinking disallows any degree of change. And change is absolutely necessary.
Also, we want freedom. There is a broad range of ideas expressed by ‘our side’ of this sociopolitical battle. We can’t allow ourselves to stifle each other. Which unfortunately means we have to allow for a certain amount of ideas we don’t like.
That ‘certain amount’ is the hard part. That’s what we have to has out. I think a firm declaration that trannys and homosexuals are mentally ill would be a good start.
