Actually the same in Australia. Walk into a department store and haggle. Every floor guy can bump the price down for you. If you don’t do it - Americans aren’t accustomed to this and don’t normally know to do this - you’re a “septic tank” (Yank) cuck.
That said, Jews love getting one over on fellow Jews. They think they’re smarter than goys, so it’s an extra bonus to win in a competition with one you deem your equal.
