Pretty much every 4k TV nowadays is smart, and every single 120hz 4k TV is going to be smart.
Unless you want to just buy a projector and see if those have the specs you're looking for? Otherwise you're gonna need a smart TV, and even the Sceptre I linked might have smart features in it. Projector's your best bet if you really don't want smart functionality.
Bespoke business application. Projector is not the right tool. Specifically need a 55" diag, 120hz, OLED monitor.

Any other monitors I can find are a bit smaller, around the 43-37" range. Beyond that, this is all I've got.
