The state pays for their education doesn’t it? USA is literally the most zogged shit alive and people defend it. Imagine people defending like paying for using roads because somebody had to build them. I bet kikes would literally do that too.
In Canada the government doesn't pay for their education but it strongly subsidizes it so it's usually cheaper for them to study here than it is in the States.
Admittedly though a lot of nips end up in Canada as a consolation. They actually wanted to go to the States, but Canada was cheaper and has the Working Holiday Visa program (which is also how I was able to spend my year in nipland).
