Do you have to be level 10 to request an orphaned sub, just like creating a new one?

Do orphaned subs really need modding? I imagine if they've been surviving with general oversight from the admin that there really isn't a need?

If you take over an orphaned sub can you make new rules or do you have to leave it the way it was originally intended?

I've only been a second-tier mod once on voat for a rarely-used sub so I never had to ban anyone. Are there other duties besides reminding people to follow the rules?

The orphaned subs all went to the orphanage and got molested. Now if you request one and get it, it'll be all psycho and murder you in your sleep to steal the fiver out of your wallet to go buy crack and hang out with his pal Hunter Biden.
