Do you have to be level 10 to request an orphaned sub, just like creating a new one? Do orphaned subs really need modding? I imagine if they've been surviving with general oversight from the admin that there really isn't a need? If you take over an orphaned sub can you make new rules or do you have to leave it the way it was originally intended? I've only been a second-tier mod once on voat for a rarely-used sub so I never had to ban anyone. Are there other duties besides reminding people to follow the rules?
