In answer to the question you tried to ask, you can create a sub when you reach level 10. This is to prevent newcomers from showing up and shitting the place with gay porn.

Yes, it's fairly easy to get there, no one is disclaiming that.

It just prevents the newly joined, such as OP, from coming in and making, as they put it, LGBT and gay porn subs.
