I don't think it will get terminated. Without it, social media and Youtube wouldn't be able to operate. Even with censors stuff would slip through the cracks. Plus, there is way too much money involved. I'm sure Google and Facebook have more than enough to bribe politicians to play ball. Basically, terminating 230 would create Communist China levels of censorship. We would probably have to resort to posting on the deep web.

The Dems still blame Facebook for 2016. This could snowball into a bipartisan effort. We can only hope that inevitable infighting will stop them from succeeding.
