I wasn't aware that so many wore wigs. I've heard the phrase "weaving". Is that basically what that is? I thought they were just extensions.
If you ever see one with straight hair - its a wig.
Then how do they wash it?
Take it off and wash it in a sink. They don't wash wigs everyday. More like once a week or 2.

No its an actual full on wig over a cap. Look up youtube videos about "caring for an african wig" etc. You'll see.
