Fastest I could turn it around would be a year. In this area of the country, April is about the earliest you can sell a house. Takes about 4-6mo's with the current econ climate and my ability to wait. And there's research and recon, more than likely I would need to do that after I sell cause I'd be away for awhile so another 2-4mos. So don't look for a report anytime soon.
