The fact that you had a voat account doesn't mean you're not using alts here. I had a couple of voat accounts as well.
I haven't, just the one for over half a decade.
But if what you're saying is that you yourself use alt accounts, then there's not much i can do towards your paranoia because it's self induced.
Of course I had alt accounts on voat. As one got towards being compromised, I would delete it and start a new one. I did the same thing on reddit back in the day. If someone, such as yourself, starts going through my comment history in an attempt to physically locate me for nefarious purposes, then this one will be nuked as well.
Reddit was extremely bad about that, especially before many subreddits started getting banned. I had a couple of users that didn't like my stance on bitcoin, and started digging into my history. When I started getting weird things on vaguely connected services that indicated they were sent by a couple of these users (writing patterns, for example,) I felt it was time to nuke that account. No big deal, it's nice to have a comment history you can interact with but it's not necessary for the use of any site.
That you even bring up paranoia regarding that suggests there's something going on that you aren't telling me.
to bring up paranoia only has to do with its validity as a clinical term for you seeing alt accounts where there are none.
I'd recommend never revealing too much in comments, then nobody could actually doxx you by going through your history... although I do understand how hard it is not to share too much when you're passionately involved in a conversation.
