Sadly no stuffing this time around I stuffed the cavity with lemon butter garlic and onion.
Slow roasted a prime rib, after searing it in bacon fat in a cast iron. Basted in garlic and rosemary butter. It was by far the best prime rib I have ever had.

Ok. Good to know. I usually cook 3 lbs at a time, alwaysbfrom the butcher. Its so goddamn good, that I strain and keep the fat. Any thing you fry in bacon fat is exponentially better.

Gravy. Cant go wrong with gravy. Itll smell while you cook it, but it will be tasty.
Now that might not be a bad idea, the duck dripped a fuckton of fat into the roasting ban maybe cut all that up fine and make a gravy.

I agree they are, but mine are very old and don’t catch mice anymore and honestly the one is super old and he seems to be happy when he is laying on someone me or my wife but his brother passed 8 months ago so I’m not sure what to do with him.
