I've got to ask it. It's been driving me crazy. It looks sort of like a hand holding a leg just below the knee, or maybe holding a limp penis. It's some kind of weird wormy thing licking the ground. What the fuck is it?

How do you get a bear out of it? I see a thin blue thing that's S-shaped hanging down and a thick blue bar across the top that touches it. Where's the polar bear?
