Reefer madness is real because psychopaths and schizophrenics are often made worse by consuming cannabis. It tends to make those people violent. And because many american blacks are mixed, and what they are mixed with is jews (and not whites as they might claim), they inherit all the various psychosis issues that afflict jewish people. Hence 'reefer madness'.
