Some sort of communist twist to it, I think would work. For example: in Canada, bishes get mad money from big daddy (govt) for each baby they have, in order to make them less dependent on men— thereby ensuring that their degenerate behavior goes uncorrected. I'm thinking meme-ing something like, "Lock-down? Broke? Haha, I'd like you to meet my golden geese." With like, a number of the theoretical amount of money that the woman in the picture would get for her, like, seven kids. Obviously, only white women with white babies in the pics.
Who cares about the hair-splitting? If successful, this would provide rapid, real-world results: everything else can be ironed-out later.
