check your user profile, on the right there is a button that says "blocked users"
If he isn't on that list, he isn't blocked. You may have clicked the button to add him, but sometimes it doesn't stick.
Thanks. It looks like the first click blocks him, but that doesn't change the button text to "unblocked". Then the second click does change the button text, but I guess that unblocks him.

How come there is no "Send Message To User" button on and 's profiles, but there is one on yours? How do I send a private message?
Also, it'd be nice to be able to send a private message to more than 1 person at a time.
I discovered the same issue trying to figure out why blocked people still showed up for me last night and needed to go back and re-block them and then reload their pages to make sure it blocked.
