check your user profile, on the right there is a button that says "blocked users"

If he isn't on that list, he isn't blocked. You may have clicked the button to add him, but sometimes it doesn't stick.

Thanks. It looks like the first click blocks him, but that doesn't change the button text to "unblocked". Then the second click does change the button text, but I guess that unblocks him.

I just noticed that the button doesn’t refresh on some browsers. I’ll fix that later tonight.

How come there is no "Send Message To User" button on @PS and @Chiro's profiles, but there is one on yours? How do I send a private message?

Also, it'd be nice to be able to send a private message to more than 1 person at a time.

I discovered the same issue trying to figure out why blocked people still showed up for me last night and needed to go back and re-block them and then reload their pages to make sure it blocked.

You have to click the house icon to shift your front page away from ALL. I think blocked threads still appear on ALL.

Unless there was a recent change, posts are still blocked from all. I only browse all and have never had an issue with the block functionality.
