Due to a large amount of new users and to prevent abuse, the requirement for creating a sub has been temporarily increased to level 10 (was 2).

How do I get to level 10? Do I need internet popularity updoots? You let @gabara and @crensch create all sorts of subs. That's gay as Cats.

That's fair, but I joined a year ago. Only now do I wish to create subs.

We have /s/Memes so once you get level 10 and have be active in the sub, you could request it. Though creating your own once your level 10 is likely faster.
