I think there's an inner order, and an outer order. Those in the outer order, like us, don't know who is in the inner order or where they meet, but when they get together, they conduct strange rites. The rest of the time, they pretend to be just like us, and offer us helpful suggestions as to how to make our time on Poal more productive.
