Well that's pretty subjective isn't it? I could say that all the Trump loving Migapedes are "subvertors" but I don't think that going around down voting all of their posts is helpful so long as they don't go around down voting all my posts calling Trump a Zionist piece of shit.
In general yes, but the discourse here on Poal is a slice of ideology that most in this community agree on. The only way to keep it intact is to ensure its cohesion.
And people will abuse that system to try and censor people like me and because they do not like us. Like I said, that is why they discourage down voting unless it's a spammer or (I assume) "people" like themagicman
