He should, but won't.

[–] 5 pts (edited )

He fucking can't. There is no legal method for the president to pardon state felonies. He can only pardon Federal crimes and the fact that you racked up 9 upvotes for this brainless reply shows there are 9 brainless idiots on this site that know nothing of federal law, state law, or pardon power.

Edit: Now you're up to 11 leg humpers saying "Hurr Durr! Orange man bad."

Or they might just agree with the sentiment.

What sentiment? AOU said he should pardon Kyle, but FFS he CAN'T, not won't, but fucking can't pardon Kyle.

He should pardon him, and declare war on Israel while providing funding for it, and change the language in China to English so we can understand them better and....

Aha... Average internet thinking! That's why I wasn't getting it! Thanks fellow bear/goat!

You are assuming Rittenhouse has only been charged with state level crimes.

So far he has only been charged with state level crimes. AFAIK there have been no violations of any federal statutes.

Maybe he can’t do it for legal reasons (and thank you for pointing that out). But Trump could make a statement and heavily lean on people to get it done.

I think in this case his silence is the best thing. The governor of Wisconsin Tony Ever is your typical Democunt "educator" and if Trump said so much as boo Ever would cry interference and embolden the DA. What we really need is to get together and have our own bastille day.
