Kyle is innocent, certainly, but he can't be pardoned, he must be found "Not Guilty" for the sake of our common law. If Kyle didn't have the right to self defense when getting chased by three armed felons and a fucking MOB of 'people', then no one has the right to self defense. He must be found not guilty and set precedent.
