On Voat, you could ping 5 users per comment or in a PM send field and each would receive it. Is it the same here?

Related - If you edit a comment and include a ping, do they work? On Voat, they didn't send to the user.

BTW, this is COFfer. I thought this would be a good time to start using my more familiar name (to ex-goats). I'll keep my "red baron" account until I can get my level up on this one.
