I tried Librelec on my pi3 and it ran kind of slow are you overclocking the pi?

It runs on default settings.

Don’t try h265, it runs like sheeeit.

I had trouble with just the menus taking forever to load the remote folders.

You have to let it scan first (could take several hours depending on the size of your library), then anything is smooth.
