Actually, socialism is about distributing for the many, so if a few were allowed to claim the majority of business stimulus, that is the opposite of socialism.

Think whatever. My original point is that I don't see the government helping small businesses, or even providing a liveable stimulus for individuals. Why? Because no U.S. political party in government is actually socialist. Yes, the democrats are liberal. Which means they virtue signal. But they have no desire to help your economic vows. They are capitalists with a rainbow flag, while Republicans are the same without one.
