As you may know from my posting here I am in the Socialist state of New Jersey until my current contract ends in April.
I just got off the phone about a potential new gig that would start in two weeks but my choice of location is limited to the two locations where the company has data centers.
Money aside, which would you choose?

I grew up in New York City and lived in Detroit, LA, and Dallas. Race relations in all four places (from what I saw) was the way you describe it.
